There’s no experience quite like traveling. While you may love your home country, it’s an enriching experience to see new places and learn new things. On a personal level, you owe it to yourself to go on an adventure. Standard vacations at sunny beach resorts are fine, but you should aspire to become an amateur explorer and really see the world. It’s time that you stepped out of your comfort zone and open your eyes to the beauty of different places in the world. Here are some countries that you simply need to see in person.
Australia is one of the most incredible countries to visit in the world. There’s nowhere else quite like it. Whether you want to see stunning beaches that stretch as far as the eye can see or modern cities with skylines that soar towards the clouds, the land down under has it all. You should head down the Great Ocean Road near Victoria if you want to admire the naturally beautiful coastline and stop off at some sublime beaches along the way. The city of Perth is well worth a visit too. It’s a huge maze, of course, so you should look into a good car hire company while you’re there in order to get around more easily. Make sure you check out the Perth Mint building if you want to see a piece of history wrapped up in a beautiful aesthetic.
Japan is a fascinating island with a rich culture that boasts a lot of incredible history as well as an endless influx of modern advancements. There are so many beautiful places to visit that it’s impossible to know where to begin. You should definitely visit the Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden if you want to see a slice of natural beauty in the midst of a modern urban jungle. Fantastically vibrant colors make this an iconic garden to visit; it looks even more spectacular during the cherry blossom season of March and April. You should also visit the Osaka Castle if you want to visit a famous landmark. This palace is absolutely stunning and can only truly be appreciated in person.
Albania is the country to visit if you’re a fan of contemporary culture set in the heart of glorious green pastures. Visit mysterious and mind-boggling sights such as the ancient Greek city of Butrint. You’ll not only witness a beautiful place but also an integral part of history. Of course, Albania has more to offer than history lessons. Its stunning mountains and remnants of architecture from the Ottoman Empire are more examples of things worth seeing.
There’s a lot more to the country of Chile than you could imagine. Beneath the surface of this small nation is a heap of history and a wonderful contemporary culture that continues to evolve with every passing year. You should visit the capital of Santiago if you want to see history in the making. The city and the country as a whole are really growing and developing while still celebrating their roots. It boasts not only of a striking skyline of mammoth skyscrapers but a wide array of beautiful sights. Monuments such as the Statue of the Virgin Mary are well worth seeing whilst you’re there.
